Here are some of the most asked questions. If you don't get your question answered here, send us a message!
Shipping
Shipping times vary, but as a general rule of thumb all orders will be shipped out within 7 business days. If you're local to the Charlotte/Lake Norman area, in-person pick-up is available for free!
Why Pre-Orders?
In order to make prices as low as possible for all of you, we've gone with pre-orders for some items so we'll know exactly what we need (yay, no waste!). More info on pre-orders and special pre-order designs to come!
Pre-Order Designs
Pre-order designs will be random, but will be announced no less than one week ahead of time. Pre-Order periods will last one full week to give everyone a chance to purchase what they want. These items/designs will likely not be repeated, so get them while you can!
Care Instructions
Handle all items with care, of course. Tumblers- handwash only and do not put them or any included component in the microwave. Shirts- turn inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low.
